Welcome to Super Agent Lab, a training and education service offered by SMMA MENTOR LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our training programs, websites, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

Super Agent Lab provides AI agent training and education services, including but not limited to:

• Online courses and training programs for building AI Super Agents
• Access to templates, tools, and community resources
• Marketing and monetization education for AI agency owners
• Coaching, mentorship, and live support sessions

We do not guarantee any specific income or business results. Success depends on the individual's effort, experience, and market conditions.

Clients and members agree to the following payment terms:

• Program fees are as outlined at the time of enrollment.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement.
• Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes on purchases.
• Late payments or chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access.

Members and clients must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and business information.
• Use the training and tools provided only for lawful purposes.
• Not share, redistribute, or resell course materials without written consent.
• Ensure that their business activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Access to the Service continues for the duration of your enrolled program. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms. Early termination may result in forfeiture of fees as outlined in the specific program agreement.

While we aim to provide high-quality education and tools, we do not guarantee specific income, business results, or outcomes. Success depends on multiple factors, including the individual's dedication, follow-through, market conditions, and proper application of the material taught.

Testimonials and case studies shared are exceptional results and not representative of average outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Agent Lab (SMMA MENTOR LLC) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Super Agent Lab and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including attorney's fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or any violations of law or the rights of third parties.

All content, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, videos, course materials, and software, is the property of Super Agent Lab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.

By providing your phone number and opting in through any of our forms or programs, you consent to receive SMS messages from Super Agent Lab including promotional offers, program updates, and support communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
